Booking Policy

Appointment Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled online through our website or by contacting our customer service team during business hours.

Cancellation Policy: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals: We strive to provide every client with the best experience. However, late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time to avoid delays for other clients. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be treated like a walk in to avoid delays for other clients. 

No-Show Policy: Failure to show up after 30 minutes of a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a no-show fee and may affect future bookings.

Booking Deposit: For certain appointments or services, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service.

Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Same day rescheduling may result in a rescheduling fee. 

Multiple Bookings: For group bookings or multiple appointments, please contact our customer service team directly to ensure availability and proper scheduling.
