our philosophy

We created EMFY with the mission to bring simple plant based skincare and services to our community. Skincare doesn't have to be complicated just a few key players and a consistent routine. Our mission is to persist in revolutionizing the beauty industry by expanding the boundaries of clean beauty and leading the path towards formulations that are increasingly cleaner, healthier, more sustainable, and efficacious, ultimately reaching a larger audience.

ORIGIN STORY

In 2018, Sabrina Johnson embarked on the EMFY journey after making waves in the dance world with her brand Kinetic Essentials. Initially focusing on crafting ballet shoe polish for dancers of color, she addressed a gap in the market where skintone options were limited to the standard pink. As the dance scene evolved, Sabrina pivoted, delving into skincare recipes that she generously shared with friends and family.

Her ventures extended beyond skincare, as she discovered the art of spray tanning. While attending UCSB in Santa Barbara, CA, she introduced mobile spray tanning services, offering a touch of bronzed glam wherever she went. Upon returning to LA in 2018, Sabrina continued her entrepreneurial journey by providing luxury mobile tanning through beauty apps and launching her e-commerce haven, Everything Made For You.

Over the years, she honed her expertise, obtaining an esthetician license and building a reputation for delivering top-notch products and services. EMFY has since blossomed into a community fostering wellness and self-care through a curated blend of skincare and esthetic services. Sabrina's passion for beauty and well-being has left an indelible mark on the world of luxury self-care.
