We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. For products acquired on everythingmadeforyou.com, we proudly offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase (excluding FINAL SALES items).

To initiate a return for a product purchased within the last 30 days, please reach out to our Experience team at info@everythingmadeforyou.com and they will be more than happy to assist you. Please note that returns of partial sets or bundles cannot be accepted.

Upon approval of your return, kindly allow up to 10 days for the processing of your return. Your happiness is our goal, and we are here to make your experience with EMFY exceptional.

Gift Return: If you want to return an EMFY product that was given as a gift, please reach out to info@everythingmadeforyou.com as you may be qualified for store credit.

Products ordered from November 16, 2023, to December 24, 2023, can be returned until January 24, 2024. Please note that this return policy does not apply to final sale items.

Please note: We are not able to refund original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier.  EMFY does not refund orders for packages that are lost or stolen. Purchases made through unauthorized EMFY retailers do not qualify for a refund or exchange. 

We accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Contact our customer service team for exchange inquiries.

We provide standard shipping services across the United States. Additionally, expedited shipping choices are accessible for an extra fee. We primarily ship orders placed with standard or priority shipping USPS.

Orders take 1-3 business days (M-F) to be processed and shipped. Once shipped, orders may take up to 10 business days with standard shipping methods. Orders placed on Fridays after 1:00 PM (PST) will be processed the following week. Expedited shipping methods do not include processing times.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities to serve our international customers.

BOOKING POLICY

Failure to respond to the confirmation text sent 24 hours before your appointment may result in the loss of your scheduled time, as it may be allocated to another client.

You can cancel or modify your appointment at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

A cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice is classified as a "Late Cancellation," and a fee of 30% of the service cost will be applied, unless you reschedule for the same day, subject to availability.

Appointments booked within 5 hours of the scheduled time are also bound by the Cancellation Policy.

Our tanning stylist will wait at the specified address for a maximum of 15 minutes. If we are unable to reach you within this timeframe, the stylist will need to depart, and you will be billed for the entire appointment.
Clients more than 15 mins late to a Salon appointment will be charged a late fee. Time to complete the service is subject to the following appointments. In the case clients must reschedule due to lateness they will be subject to the NO SHOW and charged the full amount for the appointment they missed and will have to an entirely new appointment.

In the event that we are in contact with you and it takes more than 15 minutes for you to reach the provided address, a late fee of $25 will be applied.
